Simplicit Health At Home FAQs

Nurse greeting elderly man
  • How Do You Match Caregivers with Clients?
We take time to understand your care needs, schedule, and household dynamic. From there, we match you with a caregiver who fits — both professionally and personally.
  • Do You Provide Medical Care or Nursing Services?
No. We are a non-medical home care agency. Our caregivers assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, meal prep, companionship, and light housekeeping — not skilled medical care.
  • Do You Accept Medicaid or OLTL?
Not yet. We currently accept private pay and third-party insurance, including auto-related injury coverage. Medicaid waiver and OLTL programs are coming soon — contact us to join our interest list for updates.
  • What Areas Do You Serve?
We currently serve clients in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Chester Counties. If you're unsure whether we serve your area, reach out — we’re happy to confirm.
  • Who Can Receive Care?
We provide services to older adults, adults with physical disabilities, and adults recovering from injuries. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just ask — we're happy to help.
  • Can I Meet My Caregiver Before Care Begins?
Yes. When possible, we arrange introductions before the first visit so families and caregivers can start building trust from day one.
  • Do You Offer 24/7 Care?
Yes, depending on caregiver availability and the client’s needs. We offer flexible scheduling — from a few hours a week to full-day and overnight care.
  • Is There a Long-Term Contract Required?
No. We offer flexible, client-directed scheduling with no long-term commitment required. You only pay for the care you need.
  • How Do I Get Started?
Click [Request Care] or call us to begin. We’ll talk through your needs, complete a brief intake, and begin the matching process. Once a caregiver is confirmed, services can begin on your schedule.
